Hy Brian46Chevy, okay I crossed E4430B10 at Napa and came up with their part number NCP 2621475010, unfortunately there are no specifications on the page and their picture shows a kingpin with two slots, but only one drawkey per kingpin, call them and see if you can confirm dimensions and availability, good luck.
