I find two different 1.109" diameter king pins in 1946 trucks, my 1980 TRW Chassis Parts catalogue lists their part number K129N which is 6.75" long and K391C which is 6.34" long. Unfortunately there are no .010" oversize pins available. My suggestions would be to have your machinist bore the axle substantially oversize and make up a bushing bringing the axle kingpin bore back to standard size. You could also look for another axle in better condition, or have Rare Parts make you a custom set of kingpins, hope that helps
