Another thing, I just went through a 261 and a complete rebuild was cheap cheap cheap. Magnufluxing Machining Boring Honing the block and crank turning was very reasonable here in Gig Harbor Washington. You will like a new Best rear main seal too. Does the engine owe you anything at this point? If not, give it a go through. Rod and main bearings are $150 PISTONS $260 SET, RINGS $60, cam bearings $30 gasket set $50
