Take a look at web sites for ECI or Kugel and look at the 90 degree type system that puts the MC sideways under the dash. You could make a simlar system under the floor but in reverse design.
You could fabricate a 90 degree system from your stock bracket (without booster). With the booster mounted to the frame with the MC towards the rear you would need to make two 90 degree cranks.
Or you could mount the booster with the MC forward and make a u-turn crank like a early Camaro cluth linkage. That would have the rod from the pedal on the upwards arm and the downward arm would feed in to the booster near the frame.
Be creative! I'm headed that way on my 46 but I won't get there for a few more months. At this point I don't plan to use a booster. I'm thinking that the second crank will have a longer arm on the input side . That will bump up my stock 5:1 pedal ratio up more like 7:1 after the second 90 in to the MC.
