Twist in the yoke as you show is mostly play in the spider gears and looks about right.
You would need to pull the back cover to see where it is all from, some could be too much backlash between the ring and pinion, but you would most likely hear some whining from that.
I had the cover off a week or so ago, and it looked the same as the photos I posted in post #4 on the first page of this thread. And the gear oil that came out when I changed it looked fine and there wasn't any flakes.
