| | | | Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 29 Apprentice | | Apprentice Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 29 | in my wisdom i have got myself a 1956 265 motor for my 51.after reading the david vizard book it seems i have got an odd block!he states that there is a threded hole by the oil filter for the clutch pivot ball.some also had one near the freeze plug.mine dosent appear to have any.do i need this pivot point if i use the orignal gearbox.will i have to change the bellhouseing?cheers jonathan | | |
