The "With Global Materials" probably means the steel is imported, maybe even the pieces formed overseas, and assembled here in the USA. The "Buy American" act requires that a certain percentage (usually 50%) of the product be made or assembled in the USA for it to qualify for purchase by the Federal Govt. I used to have trouble with that on control components for Federally funded projects, because all the manufacturers had moved production offshore.
On another note, Your shop is too clean!! wink Mine is so grimy and dingy from metal dust, etc, that I have to wash up whenever I go out into the garage and touch ANYTHING. ohwell
