Correct. The bracket is available as a repop, but the pedal assembly and lock bar probably not. Miscellaneous parts like a spring and the u-bolt (lock guide in your figure) that holds the release arm in place are also available. The pedal arm and cross shaft are a single welded assembly, and there's a support bracket that bolts to the floor between the pedal and the arm where the brake rod connects. I have all the parts laying around and could take some pics of it for you if you'd like. Just let me know. Here's a pic from Jim Carter's site that shows a better view of the cross shaft and pedal.
