My Fuel gauge stopped working one day then a few trips later it would work here and there. Finally I ordered a new Fuel sender. See picture. That is less than 800 miles on it. The main rod fell off. Whipmy tap welds. It was a puzzle to get out of the tank but new one in and works great. Is this common ?
