I think you are right. Looking at Google images and the old Oil Filter Threads its easily an AC Delco and the filter you mentioned is the one that goes with it. I just matched what was in the truck when I bought it. At least I can pull the old filter-let the oil drip out, put the right one in, and not waste all the new oil. This part is better than a spin on cartridge type filter. Best and thanks all !! -Clem
