| | | | Joined: May 2007 Posts: 289 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: May 2007 Posts: 289 | I am in the process of restoring a 1950 1/2ton with a 1954 235 in it. I do not have an exhaust system to use as a pattern for a muffler shop to fabricate a new system. My question is whether there is a difference between the exhaust manifold outlet of the 216 vs the 235 and whether there may also be differences between the '50 vs '54 chassis that would effect the exhaust system. Chevs of the Forties has complete systems for both but I don't know which year system will fit. Any help would be appreciated.
