If you still have the stock rear springs you can remove 2 or 3 leaves, (like maybe 1,2, and 4 counting from the axle up), that will bring it down about 2" from stock. If you need more drop than that you can take the modified springs to a spring shop and for less than $100 get them dearched to whatever ride height you want. This will really soften up the ride. You can run air shocks if you plan on carrying much of a load. To get even a smoother ride put poly or teflon liners between the leaves.
