I believe this is the heater you have. It is 1941-42 Delux Heater (has the defroster on it).
One of the wires is for the defroster motor, the other is for the fan motor. It requires 2 switches, a heater switch, and a defroster switch. Most aftermarket Chevy parts dealers have them. The heater is grounded by the mounting bolts through the firewall.
