The long hook goes to the bracket and the short hook to the pedal. I think it's easier to hook the pedal first and then hook the bracket. You may have to be creative with a tool to hook the bracket...I think I used a pair of 90* angled needle nose pliers to hold the hook while I stretched it over the top of the bracket. Mike B  | | |
