Those look like Budd wheels with the tapered lug stud holes...your truck has straight cut stud holes and a smaller stud size, plus all of your wheels should have 10 lug holes even though it only uses 5 on the front.

Thank you. Saved me the trouble of driving there. If anyone has a good picture of the 22.5 tubeless rims similar to my tube rim that they can post will likely help me from making any costly error.
