I have a 46 Chevy Truck that was modified with a new steering column and power brakes. Due to the cramped interior and steering column, the brakes are on the left side. You have to use both feet to drive the truck. The problem is the mounting of the brakes, makes you have to raise your leg and foot pretty high to use the brake. In stop and go traffic it gets tiresome. If I could rest the ball of my foot on the floor it would not be as bad!

I have seen several ads about electric brakes. Has anyone used them? Good, bad, indifferent?

I would appreciate any info or advice you may have!
