Truck is a 1969 C60 with a 427TD. Is there a way to adjust how sloppy the shifter is on a spicer 5756-B. It's not terrible but it's just sloppy enough in the stick to be slightly bothersome. I have an identical spare transmission I got during another purchase. That one while sitting on the ground seems to be just a little bit tighter while moving the shifter around.
I've had this trans out 2 times. Once to replace the ring gear on the flywheel and once to replace the engine. She's running like a champ now and I'm getting picky about small things.
