You confirmed my thoughts. I have Previously read carbking’s info and talked to him a few times. Since this isn’t my truck, I can only assist and make suggestions. I just need confirmation that I wasn’t thinking incorrectly. I fully acknowledge and don’t trust a flaps carburetor.
