Some of them will also do gas tanks. I had my 46 tank done by a local shop back in NJ. They asked if it was going to be a show truck, as there process was a little different if the truck is being graded. But for a daily driver, they cut an access hole in the tank, cleaned it, re welded the tank, and sealed it. I think it was $100 10 years ago.
