Well, it is a '53 GMC 9700 Canadian model, but the engine is not. It is not original in neither this one or the '50 it came from. No clue what it is actually from. This is likely why I am having trouble deciphering it, since I don't know what year it is or if it came from the US.

It will need more cleaning if the other numbers are needed.
