Well, I still haven't pulled the T-5 to see what the heck is up yet, but have re-thought what has been done.
It appears that I used the wrong clutch disc when I converted to the T-5 transmission. Instead of using the RC4212 11" disc, I used the RC4201 9 7/8" disc. In so doing, the current disc is not large enough to work the insert of the aluminum flywheel and is working on the inner area of aluminum only. Within the next few weeks, this will be confirmed, but it is almost certain that is what is happening.
Rule: You must know exactly what you are doing!
