The clutch that I did have in the truck was a 10 1/4". I never had the dusting of aluminum with that first clutch. The new one is a 9 7/8". I don't see how that could make any difference, but something has changed. I have checked everything and I see no eveidence of anything scraping or scratching the flywheel. :confused:
