I bought a 1949 Chevrolet 3600 and this weekend traced the serial numbers - Distributor boss serial number: AGEA2845 Block Casting #: 3835309 Manifold Casting #: 3835580 I was hoping someone on this forum might be able to help me decipher what I have in the way of engine date, type and plant. Thanks. Todd
