I am building something similar. I would attach pictures if I could figure out how. My truck is a '50 with a 292 utilizing a Kirby Sissell head with Hilborn injection but no nitrous. My engine dyno'd at about 468hp. The truck is running a Ford 9" with an aluminum Moser 3rd member and 35 spline axles. It is a nostalgia racer type truck so I'm using a Jerico 4 speed to keep it fun to drive. I thought it was going to make some passes this season but it just didn't happen. We should be ready for this spring and looking forward to it! | | |
