I believe, after unplugging the mating connector, you can try pushing the connector out first, then the grommet.........from the outside. I have a 60 and have done it but can't remember right now. Seems like the outside lip folds back into the hole easily.

You should have a 6 pin and a 9 pin. You can reuse the connector shell. New contacts are available as are the grommets.
