The 1st attached photo is what the original 1954 turn signal lever looks like. More of a black teardrop end,.
The aftermarket lever looks like a black lolly pop on the end.
(1954-59) Turnsignal Lever w/ Knob I have been able to only find turn signal levers that look like the original teardrop end, but only with a white teardrop end.
I guess you could paint it black.
54 55 56 Chevy turn signal lever The original turn signal lever lock nut in the 1st photo, on mine, was not a nut but is round and not hex shaped. Like a threaded spacer.
