Seems like you already have modified the rearend to fit.Why not change the ring and pinion,and keep the discs ?

I am going with the 3:73 gear ratio with the t-5.I just picked up my driveshaft on friday.I still have the 216 in the truck,so i will see how it pulls with it,my 261 will be in the truck soon.
