I have toured the Painless Wire facility and know several of the owners and tech people there. Even though I have not personally used the product, I know people who have and I know people who install the product. I have never heard of a serious problem and the ones I have heard of were solved almost instantly. Of the installers I know, they all say once you use Painless, you'll never go to anyone else's. What I found intersting is their test facility where they actually research wiring and electrical components and the effects they have on vehicles!
