Look down into the carb. throat while moving the throttle, fuel should spurt into the throat from the accelerator pump, if not, that would be a good place to start.

Ok i will check that tomorrow.
When i first started the car a couple of days ago after sitting for about 4 months, the carb overflowed with fuel, IT stopped after i knocked with a screwdriver all the way around it. Dno if this has something to do with it running like [censored].
