I don't see a reference to a retainer for the clutch pilot bushing in the shop manual. It shows a screw-in style puller that cuts threads into the bushing and a yoke to pull the center threaded piece and the bushing out of the flywheel. Tim's suggestion may work well, or a collet type that expands to grab the bushing and pull it out with a slide hammer. Or you could use something like
this that uses a grease gun to push the bushing out with hydraulic pressure.
