Well it's almost Spring and I'm back. It went well, IMO.
Here are some pictures. The brackets are made of 2x2 square tubing and 2x2 angle. The holes in the square tubing are used to attach the brackets to the truck's frame. The holes in the angle are used to attach the chrome face plate.
