This is my first post on these boards and I am glad that I found this place !!
I have an early 1946 Chevrolet 1/2 Ton Truck. I am going to start making a rod out of it this fall. It looks like I will be going with a 350 engine, TH350 trans, and a Mustang II aftermarket front end. Can anyone suggest a good rearend for this truck? I am looking for something that will bolt in without much modification and disc brakes would be nice also.
I would also like to hear from anyone who has a 1941-46 that has been rodded. What kind of troubles or road blocks that you ran in to....
