As far as the induction, well that is up to you. I beleive the cam will work with either setup. Personally I'm running dual singles on an Offy manifold. On boring the block, that will depend on the condition of the bores. If you have scoring or a heavy ridge, boring would be required. Also if there is an out of round or taper situation in the bores. Of coarse that will increase the displacement and will require new pistons. I've been told that .060" is the maximum that these engines can be bored.
