I think 15" 6 lug wheels with clips are near impossible to find. 16" 6 lug wheels were common (I threw out a set of them).

So, I think your options are:
1. Custom wheels as suggested in the other thread.
2. Attach clips to modern wheels (also suggested in other thread.
3. Modify hubcaps to fit modern wheels.
4. 16" wheels.
