Even though this is an old post I am posting this for information for others. NAPA carries an exact replacement for the oil gauge line fittings. It is part Gate G605930202. It does not require a separate ferrule and works the same as the original. Another good thing is it is less than $1.50 and you don't have to buy the copper line in a kit to get the fittings.
