All the R.H. cars I've see had pedals same as ours, throttle on Right, brake in center & left foot clutch. Driving with my left hand on the shifter helps with not grabbing the window crank when trying to downshift!
That would make for some interesting challenges to connect the pedals to master cylinder, clutch assembly, and carburetor.
