Do a search on Jim Carter RHD from 1936 on for GM. Seems all for the world were built at the Oshawa, Ontario plant except for New Zealand. They demanded the assembly so parts were shipped to the Petone assembly plant. I have driven several through the years and two things have stuck with me; you do with your left hand what is normally done with the right and you must have GOOD mirrors for US driving. The rides were a Rolls, a Rover, and the little diesel taxi with an open shelf for luggage where a left door would be. Heidt's offers a RHD IFS for AD trucks, probably for the down under guys.
