I drilled the center out of mine to get the old ones out. It was much quicker than trying to pry them out from the bottom. I used a vise and a big socket to press the new ones in, biggest thing I found was that they are slightly tapered so they need to go in from the bottom. They didn't go 100% in, but when I tightened the U-Bolts down it down the rest of the work keeping them in there. Hope that helps
