3 of the 4 spring hangers on the back of my Chevy 1.5 ton are worn/whopped out.

My first thought is to figure out something that would cross-over because this design went on forever, but can they be refurbished the original with new bushings? Cheaper to just make something else work? What is the best avenue of attack for this?
