Completely different animal. You have a long, long road ahead of you to convert it to a pick-up. Find someone with a half ton and park them side by side. Get a tape measure and check the wheel stance, (front axle width) the spring length and width and the wheel opening of the front fender. Take a look at the rear cab mounts as well. Good candidate for the Cummins swap, but you'll need a rear axle. Motorhomes are good donors for axles. You can even find independent front suspensions that you can unbolt the entire assembly from the motorhome.
