Correct. The horn button on my dash has a wire going to a fuse, the other wire goes through the firewall & ends up at the horn.
The horn is grounded to the chassis & one wire cut.
I looked for a horn relay but didn’t see one like I see on the parts store on line.

I should be able to find a relay locally?
