I grew up around Drag Racing in Calif, used to listen to my Dads friends talk about Lyons and Fremont, hung on every word. My good friend and machinist Jim Bailey held the 1981 national record for the 250 CID class with a 69' Camero named "Slow Motion". Jim has been a great source of knowledge for me over the 30 plus years I've known him.
