Thanks will be considering all of the parts recommended by Tim .I have a extra tube and diff assembly I want to take apart to see how difficult it is going to be .I have been reading lots of posts about the swap the extra diff has bendix brakes on it but I don’t know the year it was from My truck is a 54 but had a different rear axle in it so I used one from a 51 truck .
