I used to have one of those el cheapo ones. Now it is the neighbor's yard 2 or 3 houses down because that was as far as I could throw it.
I borrowed one from a fiend who got his as a "parting gift" from the Navy. It was much more sensitive. If you barely tough anything, it would sound like someone was yelling at you.
