My truck came with the factory PCV system and vacuum wipers. Standard fuel pump - not dual action.

When I installed the power disc brakes, I replaced the vacuum wipers with electric and ran the vacuum line to the brake booster.

So, yes, you can run PCV and vacuum wipers.
