Nothing but bad stuff can happen with that system. A factory PCV was used with vacuum wipers on a lot of vehicles. If you want to be period correct and still have good working wipers try to find a dual action fuel piump that works. Of course, finding one of them might be akin to discovering the Holy Grail, an homest politician, or a truthful used car salesman!
