Wade, welcome. This topic has been addressed quite a few times by members of this site. Can I suggest you use the search function and review what you find, then perhaps ask specific questions. Members here have trucks built up both ways and there is lots of great info. Good luck and keep posting, we love photos so if you can link us to some of your truck that would be great.
