| | | | Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 2,307 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 2,307 | If you use a cover you have to tie it down very well.The wind will blow the loose ends of the cover and it will rub making scratches or marks were the paint gets worn .I have used a cloth cover with a tarp over it to protect the cover as they are expensive .I have also tried a car shelter but you have to be around to take the snow off and have it anchored to the ground otherwise like mine did it from the weight of snow pulled the anchors out of the frozen ground and collapsed lucky for me the shelter rolled away from my truck when it collapsed .The best storage is inside .
