I just stumbled on your site so I thought I would join and check this place out. Together, my son Nate (now 20yrs old) and I have a Father/Son project which is a 1951 Chevy 3100. This truck was previously owned by one of my dad's best friends, named Bill who was also a great mentor to me growing up. In fact Bill would drive me around at night in this very truck when I was in diapers as he was trying to put me to sleep when he would babysit me.
Anyways, we've spent the past 8 years fabricating the chassis and getting the truck running. We still have a ways to go on it, but Nate is having a great time learning how to work on old hot rods. I hope to learn a bunch from you guys.
