THE BELLHOUSINGS ARE DIFFERENT BETWEEN 6 AND 8 CYL ENGINES IN 61. i ordered a used v8 bellhousing and v8 front motor mount which came out of the same 60 or 61 pickup. So the bellhousing, motor mount, and flywheel came out of the same donor truck. I used factory mounts in factory locations. I used the balancer that the crate motor called for. When I go to parts catalogs or websites such as parts america or summit racing they show the same flywheels for all sbc from 1955-1985 with the only differences being the number of teeth and size of clutch used. Am I missing something? I reused the old transmission and motor mount rubber pads could that be the problem? This is my first engine swap and I have done it by myself. Any help would be welcomed. Thanks
